How is this different from ZoomInfo, Clearbit, or Apollo?

Those tools fill in the same generic fields for every company — industry, employee count, revenue range. A Data Sprint builds research specific to your business. We pull from government registries, public filings, LinkedIn, and dozens of specialized sources to find the signals that actually define your ICP.

Do we need HubSpot Professional or Enterprise?

Professional tier is recommended for the automated workflow capabilities, but we can work with Starter tier portals with some limitations.

What happens after the sprint?

AccountScout keeps running. Your workflow actions enrich new records automatically, scoring models evaluate every company that enters your CRM, and job change monitoring detects when contacts move. With Managed Data Ops we also recalibrate your scoring as your ICP evolves, add new signals as your market shifts, and make sure the system stays accurate as your CRM grows.

What kind of custom data can you find?

It depends on your ICP. We've built research for SEC 10-K filings, IRS Form 990 nonprofit data, state contractor licenses, CMS healthcare ratings, hiring signals, and e-commerce detection. If the data exists publicly, we can structure it and deliver it as HubSpot properties and workflow actions.
