What happens to my existing AccountScout install?

The free tier will officially shut down on April 12, 2026. Your enriched data stays in HubSpot permanently, nothing changes, nothing gets deleted. After that date, automatic enrichment for free accounts will stop and the AccountScout UI card will no longer be available.

Why are you sunsetting the free product?

The hard reality is that providing a free enrichment product as a solo bootstrapped founder is no longer sustainable. The most valuable learning over the past year has been that data "enrichment" isn't a problem you solve by simply turning on a data provider — the real impact comes from custom solutions tailored to each team's specific needs. I want to focus entirely on that work.

How is a Data Sprint different from the free product?

The free product filled the same company fields for every portal without any specific context that could improve accuracy or validate the data against what that portal really needed. A Data Sprint is a 1:1 engagement where I leverage the AccountScout infrastructure and learnings to build custom workflow actions that answer your specific questions — questions and make the data available where your team works. We'll audit your data, identify gaps, and build workflows tailored to your needs.

How does pricing work?

Each sprint is a one-time build + bulk enrichment: $2,500 for contacts or companies, $4,500 for both with up to 10,000 records included in the base price. This includes the data audit, custom workflow actions specific to the data your business needs, bulk enrichment of your existing records, and impact reporting with fill rates and attribution. Ongoing enrichment of new records is optional and billed via custom credits based on your specific data needs.

Stuart Balcombe. I've spent the last 3 years obsessing about product and growth problems in the HubSpot ecosystem. AccountScout started as a weekend project and grew to 1,000+ installs. You'll work directly with me on every engagement.
