The Free plan offers basic company data enrichment with 22 data points comparable to the now sunset HubSpot Insights, with automatic enrichment for new company records and manual enrichment for existing ones only. The Pro plan adds workflow automation capabilities, contact enrichment, custom account research agents, and priority support.
Research credits are used to power our custom account research agents in the Pro and Pro+ plans. Each time you trigger a research action (through workflows or manually) you'll use 1 credit.
Eg. On the Pro plan that would mean 1 credit per company and then 1 additional credit for each associated contact you want to enrich. On the Pro+ plan you'll use more credits per company if you have additional agents for specific custom data.
Yes, on monthly plans your research credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next period. Annual plans provide 12x the monthly credit amount and you get all the credits for the year on day 1.
If you exhaust your research credits before your billing cycle ends, additional research actions will be paused until your credits reset. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time if you need more credits, or contact us for options to purchase additional credits as needed.
No, by default AccountScout never overwrites your existing data. On the free tier it only enriches the default HubSpot properties in your company records that do not have values. This ensures your manually entered or imported data remains intact.
On Pro tiers you can configure your own overwrite rules for properties and choose to continuously enrich your records on the cadence of your choice.
